Refunds: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Exchanges: Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
